Happy New Year!!
It maybe time I start using the site more and again, so why not with the New Year.
Some of you might not know, but I provide karaoke services to several conventions in the Netherlands with a group of friends/”colleagues” named Soramimi Karaoke. We have been doing this for almost 6/7 years and I took the lead for almost 4 years. We know the software is old, but it still does what it suppose to do: provide us with a meaning to karaoke and have fun with it.
Last year at Abunai I had started to put out a donation box, so we can get new equipment or cover some of our expenses. We are doing this because we are having fun with the fans and the conventions, but most of them are non-profit, so they cannot provide much. As a “thank-you” to all of you that had donated (and I have a slightly case of OCD :p), I had set myself a challenge without informing the other Timers of our group: I wanted that our database would reach the total of 2000 songs, without the counting of karaoke/instrumental version or tv size. I had set this challenge back in November and starting timing songs left and right. Unfortunately, due computer problems and my free time, I had to settle with the following amount: 1900. (For your information, the amount I started with was around 1600.) So go check the list to see all of them.
